Learn how to make empanadas, the most iconic pie of South America, particularly Argentina, in this cooking class.
 

We will together make the typical empanadas dough from scratch and prepare two different fillings:

• Beef filling 

Pescatarian and plant based fillings are available by request

• Vegetarian seasonal filling

 
You will also learn how to make the traditional Llajua, a spicy sauce that comes along with the empanadas.

Street Food

Prepare the bun and chimichurri from scratch to have a taste of the classic choripan, the ultimate in Argentine street food.

It is usually consumed on the go, since it is mostly sold at street stands throughout Argentina.

For dessert alfajores de maicena: self made cornstarch cookies stuffed with dulce de leche

Albondigas de carne (meatballs) are a traditional meal in every Argentinian house! Each family will have their own version, and in this cooking class, you'll get the chance to learn the best tips and tricks to create your very own meatballs  from a friendly expert.

You'll bake amazing and fresh flatbread too, which is a great way to learn the basics of bread baking using your kitchen oven or grill and Salsa Criolla for the perfect gaucho touch!
